The hotel is terrible. The staff is rude. I asked the reception for a spoon which was missing with the kettle.. got a can't provide. Don't care attitude. Not something someone in hospitality industry especially in an economy that survives on tourism should do and say. Very disappointed.

Can’t say it’s a hotel security are very poor no access control All blocks separated with open entry Almost lockers in all rooms are doing malfunctioning and if it not working they are not ready to help beyond 8 am to 5 pm Receptionist are very bad when u seek any assistance They try to cheating when u asking for deposit refund with fake items Electric item not working properly Health faucet not working No shampoo Lift door working very badly can hit u as no sensor are working Very poor maintenance of property While the location is good

My experience at Grand Bella fell short of the high expectations set by its appealing photos and reviews on Agoda, which boasted a very good rating of 7.7, with many perfect scores. Upon arrival, the bustling lobby, crowded with guests and echoing with conversation, made initial impressions less than ideal. The situation didn't improve when I attempted to use the breakfast area, finding the tables unpleasantly oily and sticky. Complications arose when informed at the front desk that my reserved room lacked a window, contrary to my expectations. Despite my requests to view the room, clear communication was not provided, ultimately preventing me from seeing the room at all. This lack of transparency led me to decide to cancel my reservation. The cancellation process turned out to be frustrating and convoluted. Despite immediate communication with both the hotel staff and Agoda, I was met with resistance and misinformation regarding refund eligibility. It took a week of back-and-forth discussions, involving multiple hotel representatives and Agoda, to clarify the situation. The hotel's reliance on a strict cancellation policy as a defense, despite my proactive approach to canceling, felt unjust and poorly handled. Regrettably, this experience culminated in a loss of eight days' worth of booking fees, highlighting a disappointing lack of customer service and transparency on the part of Grand Bella. This experience starkly contrasts with the positive reviews and has left me with a strong feeling of dissatisfaction. Burt

We have used this hotel 5 times pre-covid and was looking forward to returning this year. Sadly we were disappointed with some of the old issues and some new ones. The one thing we have no issue with is the hard working and friendly staff. The reduction of service at the pool side bar where previously there was a snacks menu and spirits for sale and the staff worked tirelessly to prevent certain guests entering to pool in underwear. Likewise the number of a certain guest has attracted young ladies which you have to run the gauntlet of when coming in at night.

It's a nice budget Hotel. More than a hotel it gives a look of big apartment complex. The check-in was quick and smooth. The rooms are ok type. Nothing fancy but pretty neat and clean. The lower portion of the walls is tiled, don't know why...Bathrooms are also clean and tidy. The balcony is good overlooking to swimming pool. There are two restaurants in the hotel. One with Indian cuisine and other one western. Since lot of Indian tourists come to this hotel that explains the Indian restaurant, but they can definitely improve the spread. Location of the hotel is good with bif shopping mall near by, beach road 8-10 mins walk, the main road (2nd Rd) is just at a 5 mins walk from where you can get tuk-tuks and taxis to travel anywhere in Pattaya. Check out was also smooth and quick. Enjoyed my stay.
